"I was driving into work today and reflecting on the most amazing 8 days we had in Italy. Words are not my specialty but I feel the need to thank @mkontheroad and @mkluxlife for planning such a wonderful trip for my family and I. Michael went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, handling things that most travel agents won’t do for their customers. We were met with a few unforeseen changes and he didn’t bat an eye at the extra work. We needed an extra room at our first hotel and we had one within 10 minutes. When our boat tour got cancelled we decided to head to Rome a day earlier - he arranged an early checkout, without penalty’s, and was able to get our driver and next hotel set up with no issues. He was able to set up a very spur of the moment train tickets for us and, even though I felt like I was being a little “extra”, he didn’t get frustrated with me at all. Truly the best travel advisor hands down. I could go on and on about all of the things he arranged for us and everything he did on our behalf but I think I’ll just say this - Michael we appreciate you so so much and can’t wait for our next MK Lux Life vacation!"

"The countdown is on 240 days until I leave for Paris. First class air is booked. Hotels in my 3 areas done thanks to MK Lix Life. Cooking class in Beaune booked at The Cooks Atelier. More classes in Paris to come. 4 nights in Nice. So excited to be going on my trip I've dreamed about for over 5 years. Channeling my inner Julia Child. Studying French lots of work needed on that. "Jenny and I can not say enough wonderful things about this trip to Paris! It was everything we dreamed of and more! We owe it all thanks to Michael and MK Lux Life! Every small detail was taken care of from our car services, hotel, dinner reservations, private champagne tours..... even made the impossible happen when we decided at the last minute we wanted tickets to the sold out Moulin Rouge.... he not only came through with tickets they were less than 6 feet from the stage and of course included Champagne! There is no doubt that we will be even more grateful in the days to come as we remember every thoughtful detail while we return to our regularly scheduled lives.”

"We got back to London this evening. Paris was amazing, thanks to your putting together our itinerary. The city driving tour and Normandy tour were both terrific. The Louvre audio guide tour was very easy to do and perfect for popping around to all of the highlights in the museum. The hotel also was perfect -- very nice room, great breakfast, and a hopping/fun bar attached. Also highly recommend L'Arpege to anyone whose trip you plan to Paris; probably stating the obvious given the 3 Michelin stars dating back to the 90s, but it was the best meal we have ever had anywhere on earth. Thank you again for working with us and making it such an outstanding experience."
